I'm Jo Bragger and I am the lucky slave to the Adorare Family of Poodles.
Adorare, my chosen Kennel Club Affix came about after one-too-many if I’m really honest! I wanted something that would fit for a very long time, as Affix’s usually stay with you for a lifetime. Something that would fit my love for a new breed, Bulldogs were at my heart for so many years and still are, but there’s something about a Poodle that just isn’t like any other breed. I started to look through old languages and Latin translations and saw... Adorare "to learn to love"... perfect. It’s still so true to this day, these guys teach me something new with their cheeky ways, lovable bounces and naughty love nips. My Husband, Steve, is still not quite head over heels with his love for the breed, buuut he will… Adorare! He will learn to love! ☺ (hopefully?!) Puddles and very quickly Woody joined our family of two children and our many-a- Bulldog nearly a decade ago. After researching the breed extensively I decided a Miniature Poodle would fit into the family like a hand in a glove, and on so many levels I was spot on! Our two daughters, now 9 and 7, adore the "fluffies". As a breed, they are so loving and inquisitive. The pack literally play with the children to the point where at times I've had to drag them ALL in from the trampoline at dinner time! We kept Louby from our first litter with Puddles and Woody - and so Adorare Poodles was born. Ralph (our Mini boy) along with Titch and Rex (the Toys) joined the family a couple of years ago as 'the babies' and so my love of Toy poodles was born. Along came Flossy (Louby and Ralph's daughter) and then Monkey (our first phantom to join the pack, a son of Puddles and Ralph) and so our curly pack sits in its numbers.... For now!
